Dr. Oludayo Sokunbi is a certified Program and Project Manager (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) with a PhD in Engineering and over a decade of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology, operations, and digital transformation. With expertise in managing 15–20 concurrent projects from analysis to post-warranty support, he has delivered measurable results, including recovering a $2M delayed project, leading a zero-downtime system migration, and saving contracts worth over $8M through strategic turnaround efforts. Beyond professional achievements, Dr. Oludayo is passionate about empowering people to discover their innate abilities and make better life and career choices—a passion that has earned the titles of “life coach” and “speaker.” As a recipient of MSc and PhD scholarships, he actively shares fully funded scholarship opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students, driven by a sense of giving back. This commitment led to the founding of Japa Consult, an academic and immigration advisory agency that has helped students worldwide secure admissions and scholarships for over four years.
