Patrick Ndifon
Product Manager & Ecosystem Builder
Patrick Ndifon is a product leader, ecosystem builder, and innovation strategist dedicated to unlocking Africa’s untapped potential by bridging the gaps in talent, technology, and economic opportunity. Raised in Cross River State—a region where talent often migrates due to limited local opportunities—Patrick has spent his career future-proofing the continent’s workforce and economies by driving innovation, building ecosystems, and developing tech-driven ventures that empower people to thrive locally while competing globally.
As a hands-on product manager, Patrick specializes in building scalable solutions for underserved and low-infrastructure markets. He is the Founder and CEO of Hack51 Africa, a talent ecosystem launched in just 31 days. The platform piloted with over 500 users and featured 16 employer-driven challenges across AI, SaaS, and agri-tech. At Farm Monitor Africa, he led the product development of AI-powered tools for real-time farm visibility, contributing to Africa’s $17 billion agri-trade goals by delivering go-to-market strategies and grant proposals. As Product Manager at Fresh2Carts, he spearheaded the development of four mobile apps and two websites, significantly reducing delivery time to just 20 minutes.
Patrick also served as Senior Product Manager at PSIFON Org, where he launched First Labs, an initiative that slashed e-learning content costs by 70% through pre-launch user testing and surveys. His guidance helped over 30 startups shape their MVPs, pitches, and lean scaling strategies. As Co-founder and CTO of Badagri Fashion, he built a Shopify-based e-commerce platform that attracts over 3,000 monthly visitors and secured $4,000 in angel funding.
Beyond product innovation, Patrick is a strategic ecosystem builder. He currently serves as Cross River Coordinator for 3MTT Nigeria, where he has reviewed over 1,300 talent applications focused on AI and cybersecurity. Through PSIFON Org, which he also founded, he mapped Cross River’s startup ecosystem via a comprehensive directory and raised over $80,000 in funding for five emerging ventures. His work has impacted more than 5,000 individuals through partnerships with over 20 organizations.
As Managing Director at Cally Valley, Patrick co-authored Cross River Open for Business, a strategic document designed to boost intra-African trade, and represented youth interests at the Intra-Africa Trade Fair 2021.
Patrick’s work lies at the intersection of product strategy, community design, and systemic transformation. His expertise spans product execution, lean innovation, talent development, and ecosystem leadership—making him a trusted voice for building resilient, future-ready economies across Africa.
