Peace is a multifaceted Marketing leader with over seven years of experience in both agency & startups. Peace works full-time with Smile ID (Africa's leading identity verification and digital KYC provider) as its Director of Marketing. Beyond her marketing career, Peace has built a brand as a global thought leader. She has served as a Growth Mentor for Seedstars Growth Program and trained for Google, British Council, Facebook and the Digital Marketing Institute.

She also hosts the most prominent show that spotlights African innovation — 'Founders Connect’ with the mission of documenting the history of Africa’s startup evolution; the key players, their journeys, the obstacles they overcame, and the lessons they learned along the way. On FC, Peace has interviewed over 70 African Founders and Senior operators, learning about their failures, successes and lessons building in Africa. In addition, she is an Angel Investor with a portfolio of over 15 companies and a Venture Partner with HoaQ.
