Khadijah is an accomplished entrepreneur, innovator, and executive leader with deep expertise in the legal and tech industries. Previously the Fractional COO, she began her career as an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where she led complex investigations, handled regulatory and compliance matters, and achieved a 100% success rate in court. Khadijah later founded The Nile List, where she served as CEO and COO until its acquisition by Combs Enterprises in 2021. Following the acquisition, she joined Empower Global as CEO, overseeing operations, legal, recruiting, strategic planning, and product development to build a robust team and product.

Currently, Khadijah serves as General Partner at Fictive Ventures, where she supports Black-led, tech-enabled startups at the earliest stages. Fictive Ventures focuses on bridging the funding gap for underestimated founders, offering essential resources and community. Known for her operational insight and strategic expertise, Khadijah empowers early-stage founders to drive growth and innovation.
