Abisola Oshin

Abisola Oshin is a seasoned Senior Legal Corporate Executive with a wealth of experience across the Information Technology and Communications industry, Legal Practice, and the Aviation sector. She brings a proven track record in in-house transactional, compliance, and strategic advisory roles, supported by strong legal acumen, organizational insight, and leadership in complex corporate structures.

Currently serving as the Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary at CWG Plc, Abisola leads and coordinates legal and compliance efforts across the Group and its regional offices in Ghana, Uganda, Cameroon, and Dubai. Her leadership has been instrumental in maintaining 0% penalties by ensuring consistent regulatory compliance and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

She provides strategic legal counsel to the Board, its Committees, and Management across multiple divisions, supporting effective decision-making and corporate governance. As Company Secretary for CWG Ghana Limited and The Fifth Lab (CWG’s fintech subsidiary), she manages secretarial functions and oversees investor relations with a focus on transparency and legal excellence.

Abisola played a pivotal role in the legal and transactional advisory for the establishment of The Fifth Lab, designing its full legal and compliance framework. She also successfully led the Group’s share capital reconstruction exercise and has provided legal advisory for initiatives spanning fintech, software development, system integration, API management, and data center services.

In her capacity as Data Protection Officer for CWG Plc, she ensures full compliance with GDPR and NDPR, maintaining up-to-date filings with NITDA and NDPC. She is equally committed to protecting the Group’s intellectual property assets and managing risks associated with software innovation, product liability, and industrial relations.

Additionally, Abisola oversees relationships with external legal counsel and develops case management strategies that ensure effective handling of legal matters across jurisdictions. Her solutions-oriented approach is rooted in a deep commitment to innovation, compliance, and excellence in corporate legal practice.
